‘Poreč MTB Tour’ / FREE OF CHARGE
For the adventurous souls who like to cycle, the Poreč Tourist Board, in cooperation with the Poreč Cycling Club, organises a free guided bike tour called ‘Poreč MTB Tour’. It’s a great opportunity for both residents and visitors of Poreč to get to know the beautiful surroundings of our town. Assembly point: Peškera Bay Registration: 9.00 – 9.20 am Start: 9.30 am Length of the route: 20 km Return: noon, Trg Slobode Square Duration: 2 – 2.5 h
Notes: o Reservations must be made via the online application form, which you’ll find on the following LINK . o Participation in the bike tour is voluntary and all registered participants ride at their own risk. o All participants of the bike tour are obliged to strictly observe the traffic rules, to ride exclusively on the right side of the road and to follow all instructions of the staff and organisers. o All persons under 16 years of age are required to wear a safety helmet during the entire bicycle tour. You will not be able to start or participate without a safety helmet. o Wearing a helmet is also recommended for all other bike tour participants. o Children between the ages of 9 and 13.99 may only participate if accompanied by a person over the age of 16. o Children under 9 years of age may only participate in the bike tour in the presence of their parents, while children under 6 years of age may not participate alone unless they are riding on a parent’s bike. o To participate, one must be able to ride a bike and have the basic fitness to cover about 20 km. o The guide has the right to change the route depending on the weather and the ability of the participants. o In case of bad weather (rain), the bike tour will be cancelled. o The bike tour is not a competition.

After returning to the finish line, the participants of the cycling and walking tours will meet at Trg Slobode Square to exercise and stretch together, which will be followed by a free brunch for all participants, as well as a music programme.
