Park Mareda is now the second 4-star Laguna Novigrad camp. This is the largest part of the investment cycle worth some 30 million kunas with which the biggest Novigrad hotelier entered the season 2014. Thus, together with Camp Sirena and Hotel Maestral, Park Mareda is the third Laguna facility in Novigrad to be awarded a 4-star category by the Ministry of Tourism.

The investment worth 20 million kunas included the renovation of the campsite, reception, surrounding areas and pitches. On the surface area measuring 27 hectares, a modern campsite, which today numbers 168 mobile homes and 1,000 pitches of between 80 and 120 m², welcomes its guests. The investment in raising the quality of accommodation and service of this popular Novigrad camp started last year, when Istrian Premium Village, as a top offer of increasingly popular mobile homes was opened, while, this year, the central sanitary point was renovated and a new Teen & kids party zone was also opened.

In 2014, the Holiday homes zone was supplemented by 64 new homes (39 Relax Premium and 25 Premium homes), two swimming pools of surface area measuring 100 m², a new gourmet point "MarBar" and a new children's playground, which makes Park Mareda an ideal family camping destination. Also new is the introduction of a concierge service for all mobile home guests.

With the continuous investment and raising of categorisation of camps, which today have almost 240 mobile homes at their disposal, the offer in Laguna has also recently been completed by the opening of the tourist agency GoAdria. Apart from Hotel Feral**** on the island of Korčula, the Laguna Novigrad business system has also been expanded by the recent acquisition of Grand Hotel Orebić****, so, today, Laguna manages 4 hotels and 2 camps. Furthermore, in strategic cooperation with the fund Prosperus FGS, Laguna took part in recapitalisation of the companies HTP Korčula and Orebić and, in the coming period, through its know-how in tourism, Laguna will actively participate in the restructuring process of these two companies.
