Eastern Istria olive oil presentation 

The small and charming village of Sveta Katarina is one of only 10 settlements in the Municipality of Pićan, which celebrates its patron saint's day with an olive oil festival. In addition to the tasting of extra virgin olive oils from Eastern Istria, the event also includes a tasting of young, unbottled Pićan wine. Experts evaluate the quality of the different olive oils, but the public also has the right to vote in choosing the most successful olive oils and wines.
