Church of St. Anthony the Abbot, Svetvinčenat

The church of St. Anthony the Abbot is located near the main square in Svetvinčenat, on the town’s main road, across from the city hall. It has an irregular ground plan, a bell-gable, and a narrow and arched apse. It is a very old church, dating from the 14th century, and built in the popular Gothic architecture. The statue of Saint Anthony the Abbot, which was made by a local artist in the 14th century, dominates the interior.
