Concetta (Galižana)

Many consider Concetta (Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary), the oldest church in the Galižana area. The church was built on the foundations of an ancient oil mill. Restored in the early 20th century the church has a single nave with apse. Above the door of the church, from the inside, Gothic Fresca was discovered.

Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinand came to Concetta on his way to Brijuni which he frequently visited.
