Istra Inspirit: Vodnjan Tales
The kitchen has always been a place for gathering and storytelling. This year you will discover the traditional cuisine of Vodnjan, Galižana and Peroj through the experience of Istra Inspirit. We have prepared for you a night to remember, with a culinary show through which visitors will get to know traditional recipes, find out which cakes are more delicious and who knows better the secrets and recipes of old kitchen...scrambled eggs with asparagus, polenta, fritule and sweet “bumbar” cake.
