Vidova - St. Vitus' Day
For three days every year on the Feast Day of St. Vitus, Gračišće is alive with festivities that include Municipality Day, the Istrian Maneštra Festival and a traditional donkey race. Sunday is reserved for laughter and fun! You will laugh to tears watching the donkey race, the biggest attraction of St. Vitus’ Day, as the ‘jockeys’ try their best to keep their stubborn ‘steeds’ moving along the right course. St. Vitus’ Day is fun for the entire family.
