The month of honey and honey delicacies

Selling exhibition of award-winning honeys, sale of delicacies and lectures on the benefits of honey on human health.  

All lectures will be held on Saturday mornings. The restaurant in the Center for Craftmaship will offer special menues with honey-based dishes. The students of School for Tourism and Catering Anton Štifanić in Poreč will also be presenting their products.

As part of the Month of honey and honey delicacies, an evaluation of Istrian beekeepers' honey called "Apis histrica" will also take place. The results will be announced on October 28, 2023 in the ceremonial hall of the Center for Craftmanship.
