L'artigiana
As the name itself suggests, these are skills and handcrafted products that today have an increasing value, or much higher than that of mass production. This new tourism product is conceived as a multi-weekly event, divided into three themed weekends, combining training, panels, experiential activities, contact with the best regional chefs and generally a modern approach to food but taking care of the traditions. In addition to the "classic" activities similar to gastronomic conferences (panels, education, culinary show), the aspiration is to start a series of experiential activities such as a hiking route through the Scarline canyon and the collection of aromatic herbs with demonstration of their application in contemporary and traditional cuisine).
