D'Dinner will take place on October 12th in the unique setting of the historic Dajla Monastery, where history and architecture harmoniously blend with the natural beauty of Istria. The evening under the stars, accompanied by the relaxing sounds of the sea and a view of the coast, creates a magical atmosphere perfect for an unforgettable gourmet experience.
As the name suggests, this event invites guests to a special dinner where they will enjoy top-quality Istrian cuisine. Guests will have the opportunity to taste extraordinary dishes created by the best restaurants from Novigrad and the surrounding area: Badi, Čok, Damir & Ornela, Half 8, Morgan, San Rocco, Stari podrum and for desserts Aminess Maestral Hotel. Each dish will be carefully paired with premium wines and olive oils from renowned Istrian winemakers and olive oil producers, creating a perfect combination of flavors that will satisfy even the most refined palates.

Guests will be able to relax in a lounge area by the sea, enjoying delicacies and light DJ music accompanied by saxophone performances. The blend of a sophisticated yet relaxed ambiance will allow guests to fully enjoy every moment of the event.
