The western coast of Istria is a perfect area for all those who would like to enjoy the leisure rides and to recreate themselves and spend holidays in the untouched nature. With 5 maintained and shorter trails this part of Istria, along the town of Vrsar and Funtana, is suitable for driving on a flat surface so that recreational riders can enjoy in the beautiful landscapes and curvy trails situated along of the coast.

Particularly enjoyable ride is through the 100 year old woods Kontija which untouched vegetation will delight you while a special attraction represents a magnificent view of Lim.

Specially designed and adjusted to the needs of families and children, as well as for less experienced cyclists are three trails that carry Family & Recreation sign. They are easy and safe, situated away from the roads wherever is that possible, with no steep climbs and descents, are circular and their start and end is in front of the campsite, tourist  resorts or hotels.
The longest trail is 22 km long and was named Casanova trail. The famous Casanova came back twice in Vrsar, the question is whether because of luscious red wine, Mediterranean romance or perhaps because of beautiful women?
