Agro biological properties
Large, with expansive foliage and a big trunk. Fruit bearing branches grow straight. Olives are medium-big (4-6g), with an oval form, and mature early. Young plants bear fruit late.

Alternate years, with many abortions.

Fertilization
Anemophile (wind carried).

Resistance to adversities
Resistant to peacock (or eye) spot (spilocea oleagina), olive fly (bactrocea oleae) and lower temperatures. Mediocre resistance to olive knot and trunk rot.

Quality of the oil
Prevalently cultivated as a table variety and preserved black olives, it also has a satisfying oil yield.
