Gastronomic meeting with the best chefs

The Istria Tourist Board in collaboration with the Maistra hotel company is organising its Istria Gourmet Festival with the main goal of discovering new world trends as well as the perspective of a possible development of Istrian enogastronomy.

Along with excellent lectures and show cooking by renowned Michelin Star chefs, this festival also offers the possibility to socialise and exchange experiences as well as to ask questions.
