Wanderlust, the oldest British travel magazine, has nominated Istria for the "Wanderlust Reader Travel Awards", selecting our region amongst the best destinations of European regions!

The award is organised in cooperation with the London stock exchange World Travel Market and has been awarded for 22 years, and now, when the value of sustainable tourism is recognized more than ever, Wanderlust strives to express its gratitude and support both to individuals and organizations advocating exceptional sustainable and socially responsible travel. Winners will be announced on November 7 at a ceremony that will take place at the British Museum.

Wanderlust aims to inform and inspire travellers on a global level with its texts about authentic travels, fantastic photos and expert advice through printed and online editions and to encourage them to get to know lesser-known destinations.
