Description:
A three bedroom villa,with an open floor kitchen and living room, for 6+2 person. One bathroom and a separate toilet with sink. Outside,there is a private parking for three vehicles and a terrace all around the house. The barbecue area is next to the pool where you can find deck chairs for free use. There is a trampoline which allows you to spend your holiday actively even if you prefer spending your time by the pool.The house of the landlord is situated on the same lot but despite that, the privacy of the guests is guarranteed. The house is situated in the quiet and green area, in a suitable location due to its closeness to the historic centre of Pula, and its proximity to many beaches in the area (10 minute walk) which allows you to enjoy your holiday without having to spend too much time in traffic. You can reach Pula easily by a car (10 minute drive) or by city bus which operates regularly. The bus stop is only a 2 minute walk away. If you're feeling like an explorer,you will enjoy the fact that the area is rich with fortresses that date from the mid 19th century that served as a military base for the Austro-hungarian army.
